UI Engineer (Analytics) at BairesDev As a UI Engineer (Analytics), you will translate complex data into intuitive, interactive visual experiences.
You will act as the link between raw analytical insights and the end-user interface, ensuring data remains both meaningful and performant when handling large datasets.
What You'll Do Design and implement custom, high-performance data visualizations using D3.js, Vega, or Observable.
Build and maintain interactive analytics dashboards using React and advanced JavaScript/TypeScript.
Optimize frontend applications to ensure smooth rendering and interaction with complex data structures.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define visual encoding strategies and user workflows.
Architect reusable visualization components and patterns to ensure consistency across the analytics platform.
Ensure high-quality user experiences by balancing aesthetic design with technical performance requirements.
What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Frontend Engineering, or Data Visualization.
Proven expertise in building interactive dashboards and analytics UIs using D3.js, Vega, or Observable.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React.
Strong experience in performance optimization for large-scale datasets and complex visual encodings.
Deep understanding of data transformation, statistical concepts, and UI/UX design principles.
