SRE at BairesDev As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of our production systems at scale.

You will act as a key link between software development and IT operations, applying engineering principles to improve system performance and minimize downtime.

What You'll Do Design and implement robust observability frameworks to monitor system health and gain actionable insights.

Manage the full incident lifecycle, from rapid detection and response to thorough post-mortem analysis.

Define and track critical reliability metrics, including SLOs and SLIs, to ensure consistent service quality.

Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management to eliminate manual toil and improve scalability.





Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system resilience through proactive maintenance and fault-tolerant design.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Administration.

Proven expertise in managing production reliability, incident response, and on-call rotations.

Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting with Python or Go.

Hands-on experience implementing observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Deep understanding of defining and monitoring SLIs and SLOs to ensure system uptime.
