Solutions

Engineer (Support) at BairesDev As a Solutions Engineer (Support), you will provide high-level technical assistance to customers, focusing on the successful integration and operation of our services. You will act as a vital link between client needs and our internal engineering capabilities, ensuring that technical obstacles are resolved efficiently and partner onboarding is seamless.

What You'll Do Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to REST API integrations and technical workflows.

Analyze source code and database records to identify root causes of reported incidents.

Guide partners through the technical onboarding process, ensuring best practices are followed during implementation.

Facilitate technical communication between external stakeholders and internal development teams to streamline product improvements.





Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance self-service support capabilities.

Monitor system health and customer feedback to proactively address potential integration friction points.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and providing technical integration support.

Advanced proficiency in reading source code and writing complex SQL queries.

Strong hands-on experience in customer-facing technical roles and partner onboarding.

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical issues between customers and engineering teams.
