As a Software Engineer specializing in Rust and Blockchain, you will create high-performance decentralized applications and core infrastructure components.

You will play a key role in building secure and scalable solutions on Rust-based protocols, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of blockchain networks.

What You'll Do Design and develop decentralized programs and smart contracts using Rust on the Solana platform.

Build and maintain custom blockchain runtimes and parachains utilizing the Substrate framework.

Implement robust and secure logic for on-chain execution and state management.

Optimize blockchain components for high throughput, low latency, and resource efficiency.

Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Rust-based modules into broader ecosystem architectures.





Conduct thorough testing and security audits of blockchain code to ensure production-grade reliability.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain development.

Proven expertise in developing on Rust-based blockchain platforms such as Solana, Polkadot, or Substrate.

Proficiency in writing and optimizing smart contracts or runtime modules in Rust.

Deep understanding of decentralized architectures, consensus mechanisms, and non-EVM ecosystems.

Strong background in systems programming and memory management.
