Engineer (Insurance) at BairesDev As a Software Engineer (Insurance), you will drive the development and evolution of critical insurance systems, focusing on policy administration and claims processing. You will take a lead role in transforming legacy architectures into modern, scalable backend solutions that power complex insurance workflows.

What You'll Do Architect and modernize core insurance systems including policy administration, claims, and underwriting platforms.

Design robust backend solutions to support the full insurance policy lifecycle and complex domain workflows.

Facilitate the transition from legacy software to modern, high-performance enterprise architectures.





Integrate diverse insurance domain technologies and policy management systems into unified backend stacks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insurance products meet rigorous industry standards and performance goals.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on insurance or fintech systems.

Proven expertise in modernizing legacy policy administration, claims, and underwriting systems.

Extensive experience with backend stacks and integrating enterprise-grade insurance software.

Deep understanding of insurance domain workflows and policy lifecycle management.
