Senior Workday

Analyst at BairesDev As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will serve as a primary technical expert for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring the platform is optimized to support complex business operations. You will act as a link between organizational needs and technical execution, delivering sophisticated integration and reporting solutions.

What You'll Do Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of Workday HCM and Financials modules.

Architect and deploy intricate integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.

Build advanced Calculated Fields and custom reports to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Oversee the Workday security model to ensure robust data governance and compliance standards.

Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements,



from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for integral Workday initiatives.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in HRIS, Systems Analysis, or Workday administration.

Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday HCM or Financials modules.

Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.

Hands-on experience with Workday security models and building Calculated Fields.

Strong background in reporting, data transformation, and troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
