Scientist & Python Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior Security Data Scientist & Python Engineer, you will apply quantitative analytics and statistical modeling to large-scale security data, turning raw signals into insights that drive risk prioritization and decision-making. You will focus on designing and deploying machine learning models that help security teams identify, analyze, and mitigate threats at scale.

What You'll Do Perform quantitative analytics on large-scale security data to uncover patterns and drive risk insights.

Build and optimize analytical pipelines using Python, incorporating statistical modeling and feature engineering.





Design and develop risk models that incorporate scoring frameworks and contextual signals to prioritize threats.

Extract and analyze large datasets across modern data platforms to support security operations.

Communicate findings through data visualization and reporting to both engineering teams and leadership.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Security Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning.

Solid background in statistics, experimentation, SQL, and feature engineering.

Experience in model evaluation, deployment, and data visualization.
