Senior Solutions
Architect at BairesDev As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide technical leadership and design scalable enterprise system architectures that align with business goals. You will act as a key guide for engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring complex requirements are translated into robust, secure cloud and integration designs.
What You'll Do Lead the discovery phase to uncover technical requirements and define architectural blueprints.
Design comprehensive solution architectures and cloud integration frameworks across enterprise systems.
Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, steering them toward successful execution.
Maintain alignment among key business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Create detailed technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and system specifications to guide development.
What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related senior technical role.
Proven expertise in solution and systems architecture and cloud integration design.
Strong ability in technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Solid experience in requirements discovery, technical documentation, and creating diagrams.
