Senior Product

Manager at BairesDev As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product features. You will play a key role in defining the product vision and ensuring that engineering efforts align with overarching business objectives to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions.

What You'll Do Lead the evolution and market success of enterprise platforms by defining strategic roadmaps.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features.

Conduct in-depth user research to gain a shared understanding of user needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Foster synergy across cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data, to ensure seamless project execution.





Utilize various prioritization frameworks to optimize efforts and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and goal alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.

Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature prioritization.

Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable roadmap plans.

Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
