Senior QA Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own the end-to-end test strategy and planning to ensure the highest quality standards across complex software products.

You will act as a strategic quality advisor, balancing technical leadership with hands-on execution to mitigate risks and streamline the release process.

What You'll Do Design and govern comprehensive, multi-layer test strategies covering UI, API, and performance testing.

Lead the identification and assessment of product risks to prioritize testing efforts on critical business functionalities.

Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring rigorous tracking, communication, and resolution of quality issues.

Collaborate with engineering leads and product managers to align quality goals with project roadmaps and delivery timelines.





Define and refine QA processes and standards to improve team velocity and software reliability.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Engineering.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans.

Proficiency in multi-layer testing across UI, API, and performance environmentsa.

Strong experience in team leadership and managing the end-to-end defect lifecycle.

Deep understanding of risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize critical functionalities.
