Senior Perception

Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior Perception Engineer, you will lead the development of advanced perception systems for autonomous platforms, ensuring high-fidelity environmental understanding. You will architect robust solutions for real-time object detection and tracking, enabling safe and intelligent decision-making in complex scenarios.

What You'll Do Architect and deploy production-grade perception pipelines for autonomous vehicle environments.

Design sophisticated multi-sensor fusion frameworks to integrate data from LiDAR, cameras, and radar.

Develop and optimize deep learning models for high-accuracy semantic segmentation and scene understanding.

Enhance 3D object detection capabilities to maintain reliability in diverse and challenging operating conditions.





Streamline sensor data processing workflows to meet the rigorous latency demands of real-time autonomous systems.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on computer vision or perception.

Proven expertise in developing real-time perception pipelines for autonomy using C++ or Python.

Advanced proficiency in PyTorch and sensor fusion techniques for LiDAR, camera, and radar.

Hands-on experience with object detection, tracking, and semantic segmentation algorithms.

Deep understanding of computer vision fundamentals and sensor data processing.
