Our 14-month Shipping Trainee Program is an intensive learning experience designed to accelerate your professional growth through a combination of structured training, real business exposure, and international experience.

From day one, you will work alongside experienced shipping professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to the operational and commercial side of the business while developing a deep understanding of the maritime industry.

This program is specially designed for people with a strong desire to learn, analytical thinking, and the motivation to grow in a dynamic, international environment where English is part of everyday business.

What will you experience?

We are seeking high-potential candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in shipping and thrive in international environments.

Requirements:

- Technical or university degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced English level (mandatory) — you should feel comfortable participating in meetings and conversations entirely in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn fast
- Proactive mindset and strong teamwork abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
