Our Team, Your ImpactThis is a unique hybrid leadership role combining global SME authority, site business partnership, and regional leadership influenceDirect impact on multiple global manufacturing sites and a member of NA Cluster Leadership TeamExposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, including CAPEX prioritization and performance managementHigh-visibility role with strong cross-functional engagement (R&D;, MS&T;, Finance, Procurement, EHS&S;, OPEX)Ability to drive innovation, standardization, and reliability improvements across a global networkPlatform for progression into senior director MTS roles or site SLT rolesHow You'll Spend Your DayAct as Global SME for OSD manufacturing and Engineering BP for the NA & LATAM regionsCovering NA sites - Davie, SLC W & E, Adeno, Edison, Fairfield, Cincinnati, Canada and LATAM sites - Guadalajara, Maipu, MunroParticipate as an active member of the NA Cluster Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, investment prioritization, and performance governance Lead engineering interface with global and local stakeholders (MS&T;, R&D;, EHS&S;, Finance, OPEX, Procurement, GNPS, GEXT)Drive standardization, compliance gap closure (CAPA), and reliability improvements across sites Provide expertise in equipment, facility, and process design, including technology selection and industry best practicesOwn and support CAPEX processes (LRP, AOP, prioritization, performance tracking, KPIs)Manage PRODEX budgets (Energy, Maintenance, Consumables) and ensure cost efficiencyLead GMI initiatives including cost-saving programs and execution oversightBuild and strengthen a integral engineering community,
supporting knowledge sharing and capability developmentTranslate strategic objectives into executable plans across sites and functionsYour Skills and ExperienceSenior Engineering Leaders with strong OSD expertiseSite Engineering or MS&T; Heads from OSD manufacturing sitesGlobal MS&T; or Engineering SMEs with multi-site exposureCandidates with demonstrated experience in matrix leadership and cross-functional influenceBSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial)Minimum 10 years' experience in OSD manufacturing technologiesStrong end-to-end understanding of sterile production processes and GxP requirementsProven experience in global, complex, multi-site environmentsSolid background in equipment reliability and OPEX principlesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authorityExperience in large, multi-level organizational structuresExcellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadershipFluent in EnglishSalary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $160,000 – $208,000 annually.
