Mobile Performance

Engineer (Android) at BairesDev As a Mobile Performance Engineer (Android), you will optimize the responsiveness and efficiency of our flagship application by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the mobile stack. You will ensure a high-quality user experience by focusing on rendering performance, memory management, and power consumption.

What You'll Do Utilize Android profiling tools to diagnose and resolve issues related to rendering jank and startup time.

Analyze and optimize memory usage to prevent leaks and ensure long-term application stability.

Implement strategies to reduce battery drain and improve energy efficiency across different device types.

Conduct deep-dive analysis into application behavior and framework layers to enhance system reliability.





Collaborate with development teams to review architectural decisions and provide data-driven performance insights.

Design and integrate automated performance monitoring tests into CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Mobile Performance Engineering, Android Development, or Software Engineering.

Proven expertise in optimizing Android application performance, including rendering jank and startup time.

Proficiency in identifying and resolving memory leaks and battery drain issues.

Hands-on experience with Android profiling tools such as Android Profiler and Systrace.

Strong background in Kotlin and Android systems internals.
