Manual QA Engineer at BairesDev As a Manual QA Engineer, you will ensure the highest quality standards for software products through meticulous manual validation and exploratory testing.

You will be a key advocate for user experience, identifying edge cases and verifying that complex business logic aligns with functional requirements.

What You'll Do Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases tailored to complex business requirements.

Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues beyond scripted scenarios.

Perform detailed data validation and backend verification using SQL to ensure data integrity across systems.

Validate API endpoints and integrations to confirm seamless communication between software components.





Document and track software defects with precision, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

Participate in requirement reviews to provide early feedback on testability and potential quality risks.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

Proven expertise in test case design, test plan creation, and bug tracking.

Proficiency in exploratory testing techniques within complex business domains.

Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Strong background in manual API testing and verifying business logic.
