What You’ll Do

As a Manager, Dyno Consult Latam you will lead our regional consulting team and drive technical excellence across Latin America. This role is responsible for managing a team of consultants and technical specialists, supporting regional commercial initiatives, developing customer-focused solutions, and maximizing value delivery to key mining customers throughout the region. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, Corporate Accounts, Product Management, Dyno Consult Integral, and customers to identify opportunities, execute strategic projects, and enhance the impact of our technical consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Dyno Consult Latam team, including technical experts and customer solutions managers.




- Partner with commercial and operational teams to identify and deliver technical solution opportunities.
- Manage customer projects, ensuring successful delivery, tracking, and validation of value capture results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key mining customers and stakeholders across the region.
- Define and implement regional technical standards, processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and support the development of new technical tools and solutions.
- Lead technical proposals, project execution, and reporting activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer value.
- Support the development of standardized value capture methodologies across the region.
- Manage project budgets, priorities, and resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For:

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Geotechnical Sciences, Computer Sciences, or related field is preferred.

Experience

- 15+ years of progressive professional experience within mining, blasting, consulting,



or related technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of blasting science, mine-to-mill concepts, and large-scale surface mining operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, projects, and stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate successfully in customer-focused, high-performance environments.
