Lead Product

Designer at BairesDev As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product experience, from initial discovery to final shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring that every design decision aligns with broader product strategies and contributes to a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.

What You'll Do Drive the full design lifecycle, overseeing everything from initial ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity execution.

Lead the evolution and governance of scalable design systems to maintain visual and functional consistency.

Facilitate discovery phases and conduct user research to uncover actionable insights that shape the product roadmap.





Partner with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Optimize Design Operations and workflows to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.

Proven expertise in end-to-end product design, covering discovery, ideation, and shipping.

Advanced proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems.

Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research to guide design decisions.

Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing Design Operations.
