IAM Engineer at BairesDev As an IAM Engineer, you will design and maintain sophisticated identity and access systems that form the backbone of secure user interactions.

You will act as the key link between security protocols and seamless user experiences, ensuring that authentication and authorization remain robust across diverse multi-tenant environments.

What You'll Do Design and implement scalable identity solutions using modern protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.

Manage and optimize IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to provide centralized authentication services.

Architect fine-grained authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns for complex access control.

Streamline identity lifecycles through automation, integrating SSO and federation across global applications.





Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce security standards for identity data and token handling.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing identity systems using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.

Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.

Proficiency in authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar-inspired patterns like SpiceDB or OpenFGA.

Strong background in automating identity workflows and integrating SSO and federation services.
