As a Compliance Analyst, you will ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries by overseeing our governance, risk, and compliance programs.
You will serve as the organizational compass, translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable internal policies and standards.
What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies that align with frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
Conduct regular risk assessments and control mapping to identify vulnerabilities and ensure continuous adherence to standards.
Manage the end-to-end audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to both internal and external auditors.
Monitor evolving laws and regulatory requirements to proactively update company procedures and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance and ensure that security controls are consistently applied.
Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide leadership with visibility into the organization’s compliance posture.
What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Information Security, or Risk Management.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and control mapping to ensure organizational adherence to standards.
Hands-on experience in audit support, policy writing, and maintaining governance documentation.
Strong understanding of GRC tools and regulatory requirements across diverse industries.
