Cóndor Minerales SpA is seeking to hire a Compliance Officer with advanced English proficiency to join its team.

Position Objective To ensure the effective implementation, operation, and oversight of the Company’s compliance framework by coordinating policies and procedures for the prevention and detection of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and other compliance risks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain, and update the Company’s Crime Prevention and AML/CTF Compliance Program, ensuring that appropriate corporate policies and operational procedures (compliance manuals) are in place.
- Act as the Company’s Compliance Officer before the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) in accordance with Law No. 19,913 and all applicable regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with customers, suppliers, commercial transactions, exports, and international business operations.
- Design and oversee Know Your Customer (KYC), customer due diligence (CDD), Politically Exposed Person (PEP) screening, risk assessment matrices, and counterparty onboarding processes.
- Monitor transactions and coordinate the identification, review,



and analysis of unusual or suspicious transactions, including the preparation and submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), where required.
- Prepare compliance reports outlining identified risks, required corrective actions, mitigation measures, and related safeguards.
- Maintain the Company’s internal transaction register solely for record-keeping purposes, without participating in the approval, negotiation, or execution of transactions, thereby preserving the independence of the compliance function.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a comparable compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of Chilean AML/CTF legislation, UAF regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.
- Availability to work on-site.
