The Role: From Strategy to Global Impact

As a Co-Founder for Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (CBO), you will be the architect of our commercial expansion and capital strategy. Your mission will include:

- Commercial Leadership: Driving B2B sales and marketing efforts, positioning Blue Taurine within global health and nutrition industries.
- Global Partnerships: Negotiating high-value collaborations and establishing strategic alliances with key players in the aquaculture and biotech sectors.
- Market Intelligence: Leveraging strong analytical skills to identify emerging trends, unit economics, and growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as the bridge between the technical vision, global investors, accelerator programs, and industrial partners.

Qualifications & Requirements We are seeking an entrepreneurial "hustler" and leader with the following credentials:

- Proven Experience: A track record in leadership roles, strategic sales, or business planning, preferably within biotech or sustainable innovation.




- Investment Readiness (Skin in the Game): A co-founder mindset that includes the willingness and capacity to contribute initial capital, aligning your financial interests directly with the scaling of our patents, market capture, and the long-term valuation of the company.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Advanced/Bilingual English is inherent and non-negotiable. You will be actively pitching to international Venture Capitalists and leading global capital-raising rounds.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to transform market data into actionable financial models and growth strategies.
