Engineer at BairesDev As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will specialize in the orchestration and management of containerized environments at scale. You will act as a key architect for modern infrastructure, ensuring that distributed systems remain highly available, secure, and optimized for peak performance.
What You'll Do Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters across major cloud providers like EKS, AKS, or GKE.
Orchestrate container lifecycles and streamline deployments using Docker and Helm for efficient service delivery.
Design and govern cloud-native networking architectures, focusing on CNI implementation and traffic management.
Implement advanced service mesh solutions, such as Istio or Linkerd, to enhance microservices observability and security.
Establish robust security protocols and cluster governance to protect infrastructure from vulnerabilities.
Optimize the entire cluster lifecycle, from initial provisioning to continuous scaling and automated upgrades.
What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Proven expertise in managing and scaling production-grade Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, or GKE.
Proficiency in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Helm.
Deep understanding of cloud-native networking (CNI), cluster lifecycle management, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
