China Mobile International Chile is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to focus on Carrier Business Development in Chile, with a primary focus on International Voice Wholesale and SMS A2P business .

Job Responsibilities：

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with telecom operators, international carriers, CPaaS providers, SMS aggregators, and wholesale partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in International Voice and SMS A2P services, including voice termination, SMS interconnection, and international messaging solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, routing, and traffic exchange with carrier partners to maximize business growth and profitability.
- Manage existing carrier accounts, monitor traffic performance and service quality, and work closely with internal teams to optimize routing and commercial results.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments related to the international wholesale telecom market.
- Represent the company at regional and international telecom industry events to expand the partner network and strengthen China Mobile International's presence in the carrier community.




- Coordinate with China Mobile International's general carrier teams to identify cross-border business opportunities and deliver integrated wholesale solutions.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Telecommunications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the international telecommunications industry, with a focus on Carrier Wholesale, International Voice, SMS A2P, Messaging, or Interconnect business.
- Strong network with telecom operators, international carriers, CPaaS providers, or SMS aggregators.
- Solid understanding of international voice wholesale, SMS A2P business models, routing, pricing, and commercial operations.
- Proven track record in business development, commercial negotiations, and managing strategic carrier partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Language: Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business proficiency).
