Engineer at BairesDev As an Agent Engineer, you will design and develop advanced multi-step agentic systems capable of autonomous reasoning and execution. You will act as the architect for complex agent workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple specialized agents and external tools to solve intricate problems.

What You'll Do Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend agent capabilities and data access.

Optimize agentic loops for tool use, multi-agent coordination, and long-running autonomous workflows.

Implement observability and monitoring solutions specifically tailored for tracking agent reasoning and performance.





Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to integrate transformer-based architectures into production-ready agentic systems.

Ensure system reliability and security by defining clear policy controls and governance for autonomous agent actions.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.

Proven expertise in designing and orchestrating multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience implementing tool calling and long-running agentic workflows.

Solid understanding of transformer architecture and observability patterns for autonomous agents.

Hands-on experience building resilient AI systems with integrated memory and reasoning capabilities.
