Accessibility

Tester at BairesDev As an Accessibility Tester, you will evaluate digital products and applications to ensure they meet general accessibility standards and guidelines. You will play a vital role in creating inclusive user experiences, identifying barriers that prevent equal access for individuals with disabilities across web and mobile interfaces.

What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing on web and mobile applications using manual and automated tools.

Review and interpret accessibility requirements based on WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards.

Perform assistive technology testing using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and magnification tools.

Document and report accessibility issues with clear, actionable recommendations for technical remediation.





Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate inclusive design principles throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in accessibility audits and stay current with evolving best practices and compliance regulations.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Accessibility Testing.

Proven expertise in testing for WCAG conformance and accessibility standards.

Proficiency in using screen readers and automated accessibility testing tools like axe.

Hands-on experience with manual accessibility testing and keyboard navigation techniques.
