As an Accessibility Engineer, you will ensure our web and mobile applications are inclusive and accessible to all users.

You will champion the user experience for people with disabilities, ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of accessibility and usability.

What You'll Do Audit and test web and mobile applications using screen readers and assistive technologies to identify and resolve accessibility barriers.

Implement WCAG standards and ARIA patterns to ensure technical compliance across all digital platforms.

Partner with product and design teams to incorporate inclusive design principles into new features and components.

Conduct regular accessibility reviews and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams for remediation.





Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving global accessibility regulations and legal requirements.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Frontend Development, Web Development, or Digital Accessibility.

Proven expertise in implementing WCAG standards and ARIA patterns.

Proficiency in conducting accessibility audits using screen readers and assistive technologies.

Hands-on experience with inclusive design principles and accessible UI/UX components.

Strong background in identifying and remediating web and mobile accessibility barriers.
