Role Mission
Lead the end-to-end management of strategic client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of influencer marketing campaigns while meeting business objectives and maintaining account profitability. This role is responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and P&Ls;, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with international clients to drive long-term success and business expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage account profitability, including budgets, P&Ls;, and cost allocation.
- Supervise team workflow and workload for efficiency.
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs through follow-up and optimization.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead new business pitches as needed.
Skills & experience
- 4+ year of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns for major brands.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L; management.
- Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
- Experience in beauty industry is plus.
