La Oportunidad: Responsable de la elaboración y gestión de propuestas técnicas y comerciales para servicios de transformadores, garantizando soluciones competitivas, mitigación de riesgos y cumplimiento de los requisitos de los clientes. El puesto trabaja en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de Ventas, Ingeniería, Fábricas y socios internos y externos para asegurar la calidad y rentabilidad de las ofertas, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible del negocio de Hitachi Energy.

Como vas a generar Impacto

- Elaborar propuestas técnicas y comerciales de acuerdo con las especificaciones, requisitos y presupuesto de los clientes.
- Revisar documentación de licitaciones y especificaciones técnicas, definiendo la solución más adecuada en conjunto con el equipo comercial.
- Apoyar al equipo de Ventas durante las negociaciones, aclaraciones técnicas y comerciales, y el seguimiento de oportunidades.
- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos asociados a las propuestas, participando en revisiones y aprobaciones internas.
- Coordinar estrategias de precios junto con el equipo comercial para garantizar competitividad y rentabilidad.
- Mantener la comunicación y coordinación con fábricas de Hitachi Energy, proveedores y socios externos para alineaciones técnicas y comerciales.

Tu Perfil

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
- Experiencia en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas y comerciales, licitaciones o gestión de ofertas en entornos industriales.
- Conocimiento de productos, servicios o soluciones para el sector energético, transformadores o equipos eléctricos.
- Experiencia en el análisis de especificaciones técnicas, requisitos contractuales y documentación de clientes.
- Experiencia en evaluación y gestión de riesgos técnicos, comerciales y financieros relacionados con ofertas.




- Conocimiento de estrategias de precios, estructuras de costos y análisis de viabilidad comercial.
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado para interacción con equipos globales, fábricas y documentación técnica.
- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP, CRM y herramientas de gestión de propuestas será considerado una ventaja.
