ASUS Chile is searching for a Technical Support Assistant TSD to be part of the service department as full-time member of the team. You would be in charge of providing technical expertise, training and monitoring to our service partners as well as monitor repair KPI and overall performance of our repair team.
We are looking for a proactive person excited to learn new things every day and implement new process and ways of doing thing to achieve more efficient and faster repair and support our customer satisfactions. You will join a great team, a growing team with great work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Service Repair Center for any issues and questions, including hardware and software
- Train Repair Center technicians including training materials, test and repair tools, product knowledge, problem resolution, diagnosis accuracy, soft skills, and others
- Manage Technical Support KPIs,
in order to hit targets, set by Headquarter and Country Service Manager
- Co-work with headquarter engineers closely to feedback any repair, or quality issues
- Monitor, and audit Service Center to control outstanding quality of repair
Qualifications
- Language skills Spanish & English
- Hands‑on experience with laptop repair over 1 years (L1/L2)
- Mobile and other IT repair experience will be an advantage
- Experience in KPI control, leadership, strategic thinking, and attention to detail (to manage to hit targets)
- Troubleshooting skill
- Training skills and experience
- Positive and good time-management skills
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage
