GrupoExpro, in partnership with its client OxyChile, is seeking an Application Portfolio & Process Specialist to join its Information Technology team.

We are looking for a professional with a strong blend of business and technical expertise who can manage a diverse portfolio of corporate applications, lead business process analysis and improvement initiatives, coordinate technology projects, and ensure that digital solutions align with and support the company's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will serve as a key link between business users, technology vendors, and integral corporate teams, driving digital transformation, process automation, application modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure the operational continuity of a portfolio of business-critical applications.
- Gather, analyze, document, and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technology solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead and coordinate technology projects, managing scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate technology vendors and corporate teams to ensure effective service delivery and support.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives, technology migrations, and the adoption of new solutions.
- Manage applications across hybrid Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards related to architecture, cybersecurity, and IT governance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application management, technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing a broad portfolio of corporate applications and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Solid project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms, application integration, and database technologies.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong analytical mindset, results orientation, change management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications or knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
- Experience leading automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools.
