You are a QA Functional Lead with strong expertise in functional testing, banking applications, and Agile environments. You are comfortable leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving quality best practices across teams. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders, validating complex business requirements, and ensuring high-quality software releases across web, mobile, and integrated systems. You bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence quality decisions throughout the software development lifecycle. Experience within financial services and mobile banking environments is highly valued, as well as the ability to guide teams and promote a strong quality culture. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in Functional Testing.
Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API-based applications.




Experience validating end-to-end business processes.
Experience working with Jira and defect management processes.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
Experience with Mobile Banking applications is highly desirable.
Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding QA teams and quality initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to influence and guide technical teams. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design and execute functional test cases across web, mobile, and API-based solutions.
Validate end-to-end business processes and critical business rules.
