About This Role
This role will be responsible for managing monetary transactions efficiently and accurately. This role involces customer servie, payment processing , cash management and resolving queries related to transactions issued by the company´s clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process money transfer quickly and accurately
Handle cash, ensuring accuracy in the recording of each operation
Provide exceptional customer serviec, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to sending money
Assist costumers in the process and sending and receiving money, providing the necessary information about products and services
Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity according to established company procedures
Carry out the opening and closing of cash, ensuring the correct reconciliation of funds received ...
