Our Finance team is seeking a FP&A; Lead Americas to join our team in Americas. In this position This role will form part of a team delivering a comprehensive financial planning and reporting service within the FP&A; function of the Americas team. Reporting to the Americas Head of Group Financial Planning & Reporting and working with the wider Regional Americas team and the Group Finance team,



the role will help to facilitate the reporting and financial analysis of the Americas region for the Inchcape Group What you’ll do Involvement in the production of detailed budgets and forecasts for the CEO / CFO of the Americas region Contribution to the production of market decks where required, either standardising local market decks or facilitating presentations to the Americas regional team Provide quality insightful analysis on business trends, performance vs market expectations Engage and collaborate with market FDs in delivering the priorities of the FP&A; function Provide guidance and oversight in the reporting of performance metrics Participate in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Inchcape operating model, via reporting and system set-up. Involvement in MEC process and CAPEX portfolio management Focus on continuous improvement of the existing data, processes and systems in the FP&A; function Point of contact for the Americas markets in relation to BPC system requirements, incl
