This is the team In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and designing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

This is you Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products. Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma (or similar) and project tracking in Jira. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, conduct discovery, and understand business needs to deliver high-value solutions. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies. Availability for fieldwork ( terreno ) and willingness to work under a hybrid model. Must reside in Santiago, Chile (or be willing to relocate locally). Nice-to-have skills: Experience working on field-research or service design projects for retail or logistics/distribution environments.
