The Team
The Operate team provides internal and external client technical support to restore normal operations with minimal impact on client business. The team excels at collaborating cross‑functionally and handling pressure while continuously learning new skills, technologies and gaining transversal application knowledge. What you’ll do
Provide follow‑the‑sun support (diverse shifts) on technical issues, analyzing, diagnosing and solving problems for three client types across all regions: Internal, SaaS, On‑premises.
Handle client‑blocking production issues on the Mx3 platform through timely and accurate calls.
Build horizontal technical expertise across various MX.3 components to deliver high‑quality support.
Collaborate with Dev, Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Client Services and other teams to resolve problems.
Provide operability feedback to Product teams based on incidents raised during BAU.
Engage in production readiness and new development to ensure operability of new features.
Develop support processes, solutions, troubleshooting guides and conduct Techtalks.
