About the Role




We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the incoming CEO of a integral company with over 3,500 employees across the UK, India, Colombia, and Mexico. This is a high-impact role for someone who has previously supported C-level executives and can operate as a "Chief of Staff minus one" —proactively managing priorities, driving organization, and ensuring the executive stays focused on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
Handle inbox management, prioritizing communications and drafting responses when appropriate.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
