Role Description Wallop is hiring a Senior Analytics & Insights Specialist for a 6-month full-time embedded assignment with a leading regional telecom operation, with strong potential for extension and becoming permanent. The role is remote and can be based anywhere that allows strong overlap with Eastern Time working hours.
We are looking for someone who can turn digital data into clear business recommendations. The idóneo candidate combines strong SQL/BigQuery expertise, advanced analytics,
digital marketing understanding, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling is valuable but not required.
What You’ll Do
Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify opportunities, risks and growth levers.
Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and business narratives for Marketing, Product, Commercial and Technology teams.
Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution approaches to evaluate digital ecosystem performance.
Work with GA4, BigQuery, CRM, media and transactional data to support advanced analysis and reporting.
Design efficient SQL queries on large-scale datasets, including GA4 BigQuery export tables.
Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools for executive and operational stakehol
