On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Partner Sales Manager – Telecom

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop strategic partnerships within the telecommunications industry to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecom partners, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing collaborations.
Develop joint business plans and execute go-to-market strategies with partners.
Coordinate with internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver partner solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maximize business results.
Support commercial negotiations and partner enablement to strengthen long-term business relationships.





Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partner sales, key account management, or business development within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
Proven experience managing strategic telecom accounts or collaborating with telecommunications operators.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Intermediate to Advanced English.
