The challenge Ahead
The purpose of this role is leads a team focussed on managing technology projects and/or products throughout their assets lifecycle and develops team leaders / teams to deliver high performance.
Core Activities
Develops integrated project deliverables and integrates project work across projects through interfacing with stakeholders and managing the successful transition of project/phase closure.
Conducts benchmarking, implements prioritisation methodologies and identifies key investment drivers to effectively manage key requirements across the portfolio.
Supports the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate BHP's exposure to risk.
Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
Plans, tracks the delivery of and manages a project to generate value and drive the achievement of project outcomes.
Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.

Required
What We Expect From You
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
