To support market needs, we have an opportunity for talented people to join our Production and Architecture Consulting team (PAC) based in Chile as a Production and Architecture Consultant. This person will provide technical support, implementation support, performance benchmarks, infrastructure and architecture consulting and training.

What you’ll do:

The primary responsibility of this role:




- Design and assist in deploying clients’ solutions on production infrastructure (on-premises and on the cloud) to suit their scope of activity.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to ensure Murex Customers' technical satisfaction.
- Develop and execute performance test scripts to guarantee best application performance.
- Use standard profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks, propose and build solutions in collaboration with the product development team when required
- Deliver architecture and technical training for Murex Customers to leverage their level of support
- Develop expertise on different axes: OS, application design, implementation, hardware/cloud infrastructure, network, database servers.

Who you are:
