About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO (Project Management officer) to support the successful delivery of complex client projects and managed services. This role sits at the intersection of project management, operations, governance, financial oversight, and portfolio reporting, ensuring execution excellence across multiple initiatives.

You will work closely with project managers, production managers, delivery teams, clients, and business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, monitor performance,



and uphold governance standards throughout the project and service delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Your main responsibilities, part of an international context and in collaboration with internal delivery teams, will be:

Project Operations & Governance
- Support the planning, execution, and governance of projects and managed service engagements.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate project reviews, status reporting, risk management, and executive reporting activities.
- Monitor project health and proactively identify, escalate, and track risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, operational reviews, stakeholder updates, and action tracking.

Operational Excellence & Process Management
- Act as a governance and quality control focal point for project delivery and production management processe
