About The Role
Help build the experience behind great hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Coordination Lead, you'll manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while helping deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers around the world.

You'll play a key role in increasing recruiter productivity, improving stakeholder experiences,



and identifying smarter ways to scale support through process improvements, automation, and AI. The impact is real and visible: more efficient hiring, stronger experiences, and a high-performing team that helps the business hire great talent globally.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
- Ensure candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers have a seamless and consistent experience throughout the hiring process
- Oversee interview scheduling, background check operations, and other coordination activities while ensuring high-quality execution and service levels
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and TA Operations to align coordinator support with business priorities and hiring needs
- Drive recruiter productivity by improving processes, balancing workloads, and reducing adminis
