Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santiago, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base,



and deepening relationships with key partners and institutional clients in the trading and financial services sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to align business development initiatives with company strategy, gather market feedback, and help refine offerings and campaigns. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
