The Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. As the company grows, so do the responsibilities of the Finance team, making this an exciting time to join us. In this role, you will contribute to team growth and support our daily accounting and payment processes for LATAM. Additionally,
you will play a key role in optimising our processes to enhance efficiency in our daily operations.
What you will do:
Prepare, generate, and process invoices with precision to ensure timely delivery.
Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across various accounts and systems.
Oversee the accuracy of partner legal and financial information within the internal system, ensuring data integrity and validating banking details to ensure seamless payment processing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners in new markets, including Mexico and Colombia, and respond to finance-related inquiries with clear, timely communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues related to invoicing or payments.
