Contract Manager for Critical Infrastructure & Data Center Project (On-site)
Location: Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile (On-site)
Important: This position is part of an ongoing tender (bidding/licitation) process.
As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and project execution.
Support claims management, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with legal, commercial,



and company policies across all contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in contract management in Chile or LATAM.
Strong experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, claims, and dispute resolution.
Strong knowledge of contract types (EPC, EPCM, FIDIC or similar).
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
Ability to work on-site in a dynamic project environment.
