We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Staff Sales Consultant to support the growth and adoption of Oracle NetSuite in Latin America, with a particular focus on the NetSuite Chile Localization Go-to-Market strategy .

This role combines strong functional ERP expertise with a deep understanding of Chilean accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements . The idóneo candidate will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Partner teams to position NetSuite as the leading cloud ERP solution for organizations operating in Chile.

While Chile will be the primary focus of this role, the successful candidate will also support sales opportunities and strategic initiatives across other countries in Latin America, leveraging NetSuite’s regional capabilities and best practices.

As a trusted advisor during the sales cycle,



the Sales Consultant will facilitate customer understanding of NetSuite through discovery sessions, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and presentations. The primary objective is to help prospects understand how NetSuite addresses their business requirements while ensuring realistic expectations are established regarding scope, functionality, implementation approach, and business outcomes.

Success in this role requires a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented professional who enjoys learning, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams are essential.
