Rubi ministry supports vulnerable youth in protective care by sharing the gospel, mobilizing the church, and discipling both volunteers and children.
Requirements
- To love Jesus and to have a desire to share his faith.
- Be at least 26 years old.
- Be believers and active members of their local church.
- Have previous experience in children's and/or youth ministry.
- Have social skills and care for people.
- Command of basic Spanish.
- Have initiative.
- Emotional management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and active listening.
- Commitment and responsibility.
- Have perseverance.
