We are looking for a bilingual English Spanish Customer Service Representative to support U.S.based clients and candidates. The idóneo candidate has excellent communication skills, recruitment experience, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Assist English and Spanish speaking clients and candidates via phone, email, and chat.
Support recruitment activities, including candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and followups.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS.
Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.




Recruitment or customer service experience supporting U.S. clients preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
