Operational Governance Auditor at BairesDev The Client Services Governance Auditor is responsible for reviewing post-sales client interactions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and early risk detection. You'll focus on auditing several processes such as calls, meetings, and CRM updates to identify risks, missed opportunities, and deviations from expected standards. On a daily basis, you'll analyze recorded interactions, document findings in a clear and structured manner,



and escalate relevant insights to Governance leadership. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to objectively assess complex situations while maintaining a business-oriented mindset.
