Veta Virtual is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist for one of our clients in the Roofing and Construction industry. This role is perfect for someone who is finance-driven, highly organized, and ready to take full ownership of revenue operations in a fast-paced, growing trades business.

Your day-to-day will involve:

You Will Provide Financial Support Across The Company's Roofing And Construction Operations, Taking Full Ownership Of The Revenue Cycle And Ensuring Smooth Financial Operations From Estimate To Cash. Your Day-to-day Work Will Involve

- Leading end-to-end revenue operations — from generating project-based invoices and progress billings to reconciling discrepancies, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections across active job sites.
- Reviewing invoice accuracy against signed contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals — resolving discrepancies with project managers, sales reps, or insurance adjusters.
- Responding to homeowner, commercial client, and insurance carrier questions on billing and payments — taking ownership of collections and confidently following up when needed.
- Supporting accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with the accounting team, tracking job costing, and reviewing project-level financial summaries.
- Optimizing key systems (QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, or similar field service platforms) while leading process improvements and automation projects tailored to roofing workflows.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and subcontractors regarding billing, invoices, payment statuses, and supplement documentation.

✅ What You'll Need

- 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations — construction, roofing, or field services experience is a major plus.




- Proven experience managing the full billing cycle in project-based or job-costed environments (estimate-to-cash).
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with roofing/construction platforms such as JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, or similar is highly preferred.
- Comfort working with insurance billing — including understanding of insurance estimates, supplement processes, and payment structures (Xactimate familiarity a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies and communicate assertively with customers, insurers, or project managers.
- Experience with process improvements and automation in fast-growing, trade-based businesses.
- Bonus: experience with Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills — able to translate financial details clearly for non-finance stakeholders like project managers and field crews.
- A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with high integrity, ownership, and coachability, who can work independently or collaboratively in a remote environment.
- General awareness of how AI and automation tools are being applied in construction finance (a plus).
- To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
